The neon yellow Nike Flyknits caught everyone’s attention on the feet of track stars like USA’s gold medal decathalete Ashton Eaton and silver medalist Trey Hardee, as well as the gold medalist in the 1500m Britain’s Mo Farah. The Flyknit, with knit body that makes for a light, breathable shoe that hugs the contours of any foot, is almost like wearing socks with soles attached. Recreational runners can buy a similar style, sans spikes, which is currently so popular it’s sold out.
